WFP (Ethiopia Office), was about to introduce a new system to their loading, unloading and delivering pipeline. It involved, smart-face, a realtime communications USSD implementation, and the introduction of the conveyer belt. FBF was tasked with understanding the concept and delivering a short yet comprehensive video that can later be viewed to easily demonstrate the new process.
